Delivery

Standard Delivery:
Orders are usually dispatched within three working days from the date of purchase. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if there are any delays with your order. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class to the UK and Standard Air Mail outside the UK. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for Standard Delivery.

Returns & exchanges
All returns must be sent within 2 weeks to:

with a short explanation of why you need to return the product. Please state whether you require an exchange or a refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your postage costs for returning your order. We recommend that you send all return orders by recorded post as we cannot be held responsible for missing return parcels.

eBook Purchases

Our downloadable products are immediately available upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable. Please check your device’s compatibility with the Epub format prior to placing an order, as we are unable to refund purchases on the basis of our e-books not being read by any particular device.

Our e-book files are large in size (32 MB for Overture, 22 MB for Improvisation and 135 MB for The Studio) and may require some time to download. If you are downloading onto a mobile device, please bear in mind that you may incur data charges.

Cookies

If you visit your account page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
