Q. Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?
A. If you don’t have an account with us already, we will automatically create one for you at checkout. You will be sent a password at the email address you provide at checkout, so please double check that you have entered the correct one. Accessing your account will enable you to track the status of your order, change your password and download any digital products you purchased.

Q. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after I placed my order?
A. Please check the spam / junk folders in your email account, as the confirmation may have been placed there by your email provider. In some rare cases, our emails may be blocked by your provider altogether. If you can’t find any messages in your spam folders, please contact Karen and she will re-send the confirmation from a different address.

Q. How do I download my e-books?
A. Once you complete your purchase, you will be immediately taken to the download page. If you wish to download the files later, you can do so by logging onto your Account and visiting the Downloads page, or by following the links sent to you in your purchase confirmation email from The Art of Class (not your PayPal confirmation). If you cannot see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder as the message may have been filtered out by your email provider. Your account will be automatically created when you first place an order with us and your username and password will be emailed to you separately (again, you may need to check your spam folder for this message).

Q. I downloaded my file and it appears to be in .epub format. What does this mean?
A. Epub is the most widely accepted e-book format on the market, compatible with Apple, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Sony and Google e-readers. If you have a Kindle reader, we recommend you purchase the Art of Class e-books directly from the Amazon store, as Epub is not compatible with Kindle e-readers. It is also possible to convert Epub to Mobi (which is compatible with Kindle) using free software like Calibre.

Q. How do I import my Epub file to my e-reader?
A. This will depend on your specific device, but in most cases you will need to set up a USB connection between the computer on which you downloaded the file and the e-reader you want to use. If you need instructions, Google is your friend!

Q. What if I just want to read the e-book on my PC / Mac?
A. Epub files can be opened on a computer with several free programs, such as Calibre, Adobe Digital Editions, Apple Books, EPUB File Reader, Stanza Desktop, Okular, and Sumatra PDF.
